About us
We aim to reduce carbon emissions, decrease pollution caused by waste, and increase wildlife habitat here in West Bristol. And we want everybody doing it.
We know our neighbours here are ready to join with us all. A recent Bristol City Council survey shows that nine out of ten people in the West Bristol area are concerned about climate change, and most are already taking action. Together, we can amplify everybody’s efforts.
We set up West Bristol Climate Action in May 2021 as an unincorporated association and as a merger of two local groups - Clifton Climate Action and the Bishopston, Cotham and Redland Energy Group.
Our advisory group meets on the first Monday evening of the month. If you'd like to come along, please contact us.
