Use your power

We have power both as voters and consumers. Whether you voted for your MP or not, they represent you – and the more you show that a lot of people care about climate change and the environment, the more likely they are to act.

And businesses are sensitive to consumer views. Write to companies about how they could go greener. Don’t buy from environment-damaging businesses, and write and tell them why you’re not a customer.
